# How to rearrange Task Stages header in X-PRO?

**Overview**

This article explains how to rearrange task stages in X-Pro. Reordering stages allows you to align the workflow sequence with your organization’s process (e.g., Moving **Planning → In Progress → Review → Completed** in the correct order).

**Steps** **to** **Rearrange** **Task** **Stages**

* From the Main Dashboard, click on your **profile icon** and select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.

* After clicking on **Settings**, navigate to **X-PRO Settings**, then select **Install**, and click on the **X-PRO Stages** tab.

* Click and hold the drag handle next to the stage name, drag it to the desired position in the sequence, and release it to place it in the new order.

| Notes: Only Admin or Super Admin users can rearrange task stages. The updated order will reflect across projects (depending on organization settings). Rearranging stages does not affect the tasks themselves; it only changes the workflow order.
