# How to Re-order Submittals (Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW?

**Overview**

In X-DRAW, re-ordering Submittals (Spec Sheets) allows  to control the sequence in which product specification sheets appear in the project. This helps in organizing documents as per project requirements and ensures that the Table of Contents and Submittals section reflect the desired order.

* Hover over the design for which you want to manage submittals (**spec sheets**), and click the **View Docs** button.

* Hover over the **Submittals (Spec Sheets)** option and click on the **eye icon**.

* Navigate to the **Submittals** section, then click on the **Manage Submittals** option to re-order the products.

* In the **Submittals Management** window, locate the list of products that you want to re-order.
* Drag and drop the products to rearrange them in the desired order.

* The updated sequence will be reflected in the **Table of Contents** and **Submittals** section.
