# How to manage team roles and permissions during invitations?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, Super admins can manage team roles and permissions during the invitation process by assigning a specific role while sending the invite. This ensures that each user gets the correct level of access as soon as they join the organization, without requiring additional configuration after acceptance.

* Click on the **profile icon** in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu. From there, select **Users & Groups Management**.

Once you’re in the **Users & Groups Management** section, find and click on the **Invite Users** button to proceed.

* A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the user you’d like to invite.

* From there, the admin enters the user’s email address and selects a role such as Admin or Member before sending the invite.

* Once you’ve added all the users, click on the **Invite** button to send out the invitations.

| **Note: Invited users will receive an email invitation prompting them to join the XTEN-AV platform. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and create their accounts.**
