# How to Invite Field User?

* 
From the Dashboard, click **User and Group Management** from the profile menu in the top-right corner.

* In the User and Group Management, click the **Invite Users** button. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the details of the user you wish to invite.

* Enter the required details of the user you want to invite. Select the **Field User** from the drop down menu and Group from the provided options. Click on the **Invite** button to send invitations.

| Note: Invited users will receive an email invitation prompting them to join the XTEN-AV platform. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and create their accounts.
