# How to insert a table under the Text Box?

**Overview**

This article explains how to insert a table directly **below a text box** in your document to organize information in a structured format.

**Steps** **to** **insert** **a** **Table** **Under a** **Text** **Box**

* Go to the proposal section where you want to add the table under the text box.

* Select the text box in your proposal. The toolbar will appear at the top of the proposal.

* Under the text box, click the **Insert** **Table** option from the toolbar.

* The selected table sections will appear below the designated text box.

| Note:  Ensure the cursor is inside the text box before inserting the table. If the table appears outside the text box, click inside the text box and repeat the steps. You can resize and format the table using the table settings panel.
