# How to Edit X-DOC Document Details?

* **Introduction**

In x.doc, you can easily edit the details of your documents, such as the document name and contact details. This feature allows you to keep your documents up-to-date and accurate. Here's how you can edit the details of a document in x.doc:

* Go to the **x.doc Documents** page and click the **Actions** icon (three dots ⋮) for the proposal you want to edit.

* Click on the **'Edit Document Details'** option from the dropdown.

* Clicking on the 'Edit Document Details' option will lead you to the **Edit Document Details pop-up**, where you can modify your document name and contact details as per your requirement and click on the '**Save**' button.

* After clicking the Save button, you will be redirected to the **x.doc Dashboard**, where the updated document details are reflected immediately.
