# How to edit Time entry?

**Overview**

You can edit a time entry in X-PRO to update or correct the logged hours and ensure accurate time tracking within your project.

* From the **X-PRO** section in the left navigation menu, click **Install** to expand the menu, then select **Dashboard**.

* Open the required **X-PRO project** .

* Click on the **Time Tracking** option from the left navigation menu.

* Locate the time entry you want to edit. Click on the **Edit** option for that entry.

* Make the required changes and click on **Update** to save the changes.
