# How to edit a Configurable Devices in X-DRAW?

**Overview:**

The **Configurable Device** feature allows users to configure devices in the BOM by adding compatible cards and their port information. The configured device and its card/port details can then be synced to the **X-DRAW Editor** for accurate representation in the drawing.

You can add a configurable device to your Bill of Materials (BOM), and it will appear on your drawing along with the port information.

* On the BOM page, click on the **Configure** button next to the name of the item you want to configure.
