# How to download X-DRAW Design ZIP?

**Overview**

The **Download ZIP** action at the design level lets you export all the documents generated for a specific X-DRAW design — such as the Bill of Material, Cable Schedule, Line Schematics, Rack Layout, Floor Plans, and more — as a single ZIP file, in both PDF and source formats (XLS/DWG) where applicable.

* From the **Project** page, click **View Design Docs** for the design you want to download.

* On the right side of the design page, locate the **Actions** panel. From the **Actions** list, click **Download ZIP**.

* After clicking **Download ZIP**, select the documents you want to include in the ZIP file. Once you have selected the required documents, click **Continue**.

* A **Download ZIP** progress screen will appear, showing the design name and a message that your files are being prepared.

* A **green check mark** ✅ next to a file format (e.g., "pdf ✅") means that file was processed successfully and **will be included** in the ZIP.
* A **red cross icon** ❌ next to a file format (e.g., "pdf ❌") means that file failed to process and **will not be included** in the ZIP.

* Once the process reaches 100%, you will be redirected to the **Save As** option, where you can save the downloaded ZIP file to your system.
