# How to download the equipment list in excel format? 

**Introduction**

Downloading the equipment list for your proposal in DOC is a straightforward process. You can download this list in various formats - Excel, PDF, or ZIP. For this guide, we'll show you how to download the equipment list in **Excel format**.

**Downloading the Equipment List**

* Go to the **Rooms & Items** section under your proposal to see your equipment list.

* Click the **Actions** button from the right side of your screen, here you can download your proposal BOM in .XLS format by clicking on **BOM .XLS** option

**Viewing the Downloaded Equipment List**

* Open the downloaded Excel file.
* Inside, you can view the Rooms Items, essentially your equipment list for the proposal.
