# How to Download the Client PDF of the x.doc document?

**Overview**

This article explains how to download the Client PDF version of an X-Doc document. The Client PDF is a customer-facing version of the document that excludes internal or pricing details, depending on your configuration.

* On the X-Doc editor page, click **Client PDF** from the **Actions** dropdown menu on the right side of the proposal.

* The system will generate the PDF and download it to your device.
