# How to Download Submittals (Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW?

**Overview**

In X-DRAW, users can download Submittals (Spec Sheets) to save the project documentation for offline access, sharing with stakeholders, or keeping a reference copy for future use.

**Step 1: Download Submittals directly from View Docs page**

* Go to the **View Docs** page of the design for which you want to download the submittals (**spec sheets**).
* Scroll down to the bottom, hover over the **Submittals (Spec Sheets)** option, and click on the **three dots ( … )** to directly download the submittals file. 

  There are two options available: **Original PDF** and **Compressed PDF**. Click on the option that best suits your needs. Once selected, the file will be downloaded.

**Step 2: Download Submittals from the Submittals Editor Page**

* To download the submittals (**spec sheets**), hover over the **Submittals (Spec Sheets)** option and click on the **eye icon**.

* You will be redirected to the Table of Contents page of **Submittals**. Click on the **Download** **PDF** option available on the right side of the Submittals page.
* There are two options available: **Original PDF** and **Compressed PDF**. Click on the option that best suits your needs. Once selected, the file will be downloaded.
