# How to download BOM from a Proposal?

**Introduction**

Downloading the **Bill of Materials (BOM)** from your proposal in **X-DOC** is quick and easy. Here's a simple guide on how to do it:

**Downloading the BOM**

* Click on the **menu icon** located in the top-left corner of the screen. From the navigation panel, select the **X-DOC Dashboard** option to proceed.

* You will be redirected to the **X-DOC** page. Click on the name of the proposal for which you want to download the **BOM** to proceed.

* The **Proposal Editor** will open. From the left navigation bar, click on **Rooms & Items** to view the room details and associated items.

* Click the **Actions** button from the right side of your screen, here you can download your proposal BOM in .XLS and PDF format by clicking on **BOM .XLS**  or **BOM PDF** option.
* After clicking the desired option, the BOM file will be automatically downloaded to your device in the selected format.
