# How to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?


You can disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from the **Account Preferences** page under your profile. Disabling 2FA is **not recommended**, as it reduces the security of your account.

* You can disable 2FA by visiting the **My Account** page under your profile.

* Click on the **Disable** button under the **Security** Section.

* Enter your account password to confirm the action. Click the **Proceed** button to disable Two-Factor Authentication.

**Important Note**

* Disabling 2FA is **not advised**, as it lowers the overall security of your account.
* Once disabled, you will no longer be required to enter an OTP during login.
