# How to Delete User and Transfer their Data?

You can delete users from your organization and transfer their data to another user by following the steps below.

* From the dashboard, click the **profile** icon in the top-right corner. Then select **User and Group Management**.

* Click the **Action** button next to the user you want to delete.

* After clicking on it, select **Delete** from the dropdown menu.

* Choose the user to whom you want to transfer the deleted user’s data, and then click **Transfer & Delete** to confirm.
