# How to Remove the Milestone from Payment Schedule in X-DOC?

**Overview**

You can delete the Payment Schedule section from the proposal when it is no longer needed or relevant.

* Open the required Proposal and navigate to the **Payment Schedule** section.

* Select the entry you want to remove, then click the **Remove** option.

* After clicking the **Remove** button, the milestone will be deleted.
