# How to delete a Service Agreement for an X-PRO Project?

**Overview**
If a Service Agreement is no longer required, X-PRO Service allows you to delete it from the associated Service Project. Deleting a Service Agreement removes it from the project and prevents any future service activities from being generated under that agreement.

**Steps** **to** **delete** **a** **service** **agreement** 

* Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on **X-PRO**, and then select the **Service** option from the menu.

* Open the relevant project where the service agreement needs to be deleted.

* From the Project Dashboard, navigate to the **Service Agreements** section, click the three-dot menu next to the desired agreement, and select **Delete Service Agreement.**

* A confirmation prompt will appear. Review the prompt carefully, then click Delete to permanently remove the service agreement.
