# How to create Purchase order of X-PRO project?

**Overview**

You can create a purchase order within an **X-Pro project** to manage procurement and track product orders efficiently.

* From the **X-PRO** section in the left navigation menu, click **Install** to expand the menu, then select **Purchase Order**.

* Once you click the Purchase Order button, you will be redirected to the Purchase Orders page. Click **Create** to proceed.

* After clicking the **Create** button, a dialog box will appear. Enter the required information and click **Create** to get started.

* After clicking the Create button, a dialog box will open. Fill in the required details and click Add Products to include items in the purchase order.

* Upon clicking, a dialogue box will open. From the drop-down menu, select the project for which you want to create the purchase order, Select the products and then click the Add Products button to include products in the order.
