How to create Project Asset Management document?

Overview

The Project Asset Management document helps you organize and maintain asset-related information for your project. Follow the steps below to create a Project Asset Management document in XTEN-AV.

• Open the project in which you want to use the asset management document. Click on the Asset Management option from the right side of the menu.

• Once you click on it, it will lead you to the asset management page where you can edit and modify each section of asset individually. After making any changes to your document, It will automatically save your changes.

• You can add assets directly to your asset management document by clicking on the Add Row button.

• Enter the required details, then click anywhere outside the row to automatically save the asset.
• After you add an asset, it will appear in your asset management document.

• You can also hide and add a new header a to your document by clicking on the Modify Header button.

• To add a header, click on the Add Header option. Enter the Header name and click the Save Changes button.

• To hide a header from your document, uncheck the header box and click the Save Changes button.

• The updated header setting will be reflected on your document and you can edit each column of the header as per your requirement.
• You can download your asset management document in .XLS and .PDF format.
