# How to create Change Order in X-Pro project?

* To create a Change Order, navigate to the **X-Pro Dashboard** and open the project as per your requirement. Once the project is open, click on the **Change Orders** option from the left-hand menu bar to proceed.

* You will be redirected to the **Change Orders** page. From there, click on the **Create Change Order** button located in the top-right corner to proceed.

* A pop-up window will appear. Fill in all the required information, then click the **Create** button to proceed.

* You will be redirected to the **proposal edit** page, where you can modify the rooms and items included in the Change Order as needed.
