# How to Create a Proposal using XAVIA on the Mobile App

XAVIA is XTEN-AV’s AI-powered assistant that helps you quickly create proposals directly from the mobile app. By following a few simple steps, you can generate a proposal without switching to the desktop version. This guide explains the complete process in an easy and understandable way.

**Step 1: Open the XTEN-AV Mobile App**

1.  Open the **XTEN-AV** app on your mobile phone.
2. Log in using your registered email address and password.

**Step 2: Access XAVIA**

1.  After logging in, you will see the home screen.
2. Tap on the **XAVIA** option located at the **center of the screen**.

**Step 3: Select the Proposal Creation Option**

1.  Once XAVIA opens, choose the option related to **Create Proposal** or **Proposal Assistance**.
2. XAVIA will guide you through the proposal creation process.

**Step 4: Give prompts to XAVIA**

Once you click on the button It will show you the BOM.

Once you have checked the BOM, please scroll down. You will find three options there. Choose Generate Generate Proposal.

 After clicking on Generate X-DOC proposal, It will ask you would you like to create a proposal. Tap yes to create a proposal.

 After this It will give you the option to choose the templates.

Click on Select Template to choose a template as per your proposal.

 You can upload your template, also you can select any templates. After this it will ask your proposal details.

 Once you Hit the Create button the XAVIA will Create a proposal for you as per your given Prompts.
