# How to create a proposal using Doc and PDF file?

**Introduction**

Creating a proposal using Doc and PDF files in X-DOC is a straightforward process. This feature allows you to upload your existing documents and convert them into an X-DOC document, which can then be customized and shared with your clients. Here's how you can do it:

**Creating a Proposal Using Doc and PDF Files**

* Go to the X-DOC dashboard page and click the **Create New** Button.

* Once you click on it, it will redirect you to the template page where you can upload your Doc and PDF files. Click the **Select File** button.

* Choose your file and click **Open**. Alternatively, you can Drag and Drop the file to create an **X-DOC** document.

* After uploading the file, please enter the required details and click the **Create without AI** button.

* Once you click the Create button new section in your X-DOC will be created based on your document name, and all existing pages in the document will be automatically organized under the new section.
