# How to create a project in X-PRO from X-DOC Proposal?

* Navigate to the **X-DOC Dashboard** and select the proposal for which you want to start the X-PRO project. Click on the **three-dot** icon.

| Note: The proposal must be in the accepted stage.

* A dropdown list of options will appear. Click on **Start Project Management** to proceed.

* A dialog box will appear. Please enter the necessary information, then click the **Create** button to proceed.
