How to create a design from an existing proposal?

Overview

You can create a new design directly from an existing proposal. This helps save time by reusing proposal details and ensures consistency between the proposal and the design.

Steps to Create a Design from an Existing Proposal

• Navigate to the Proposals section from the main dashboard. Click on the proposal from which you want to create a design.

• Click on the Actions icon (three dots) associated with the selected proposal. From the dropdown menu, select Create Design or Create Design from Proposal.

Review the auto-filled design details pulled from the proposal and make changes if required. Click the Submit button to generate the design.

It will automatically create the BOM for you. Once the BOM is created, click the Draw Manually or DRAW WITH AI button to start creating your drawing

Second Method

• On the proposal page, you can transfer the drawing to the X-DRAW page. On the right side of the screen, click the Actions button, then select Transfer to X-DRAW.
