# How to create a Change order in X-Pro and how it works?

* First you have to go to the **X-PRO dashboard**  and select your project.

*  In the left side menu you will see the **Change Orders** options. If the project is created from the proposal then only you will be able to see the change order section.

* If the project is created from the "**My** **project**" or if you have created it from scratch, In this case you won't be able to see the change order section.

* How you can create a change order please click on the change order section then in the right side of the screen you will see the option to **Create Change Order**.

* After clicking the **Create Change Order** button, a dialog box will open. Fill out all the necessary information, then click the **Create** button to proceed.
