# How to Configure Monday.com Webhooks?

**Overview**

This article explains how to set up webhooks in Monday.com to enable automatic syncing with XTEN-AV. Once configured, deal and project updates in Monday.com will automatically reflect in XTEN-AV.

After successful Monday.com webhook configuration, the following automation will work:

* **When a deal item is created, send a webhook** → A project is created/synced in XTEN-AV
* **When an item moves to a group, send a webhook** → The project is created or updated in XTEN-AV
* **When a column changes (Engineer column), send a webhook** → The project is automatically assigned and shared with the selected engineer(s)
* Sync typically occurs within **approximately 15 minutes** of the event.

1. Go to the top navigation bar in Monday.com, select **Integrate**, then click **More Integrations**.

2. In the integrations search bar, type **Webhook** and select the **Webhook**.

3. You will see this page to configure the Monday.com webhook according to your requirements. Please select each template one by one to configure your Monday.com webhook with XTEN-AV.

Click on “**When an item moves to a group, send a webhook.”**

4. Paste the webhook URL from https://app.xtenav.com/overall_settings/ **→ Monday Integration → Deal Webhook Endpoint**.

5. Choose the specific **group** in your Monday.com board.

6. If the toggle is enabled, it means the Monday.com webhook has been successfully connected with XTEN-AV.

7. Next, select **“When a column changes, send a webhook”** and then configure the column webhook settings.

8. If you see this page with the toggle enabled, it means you have successfully connected the Monday.com webhook with XTEN-AV.
