# How to Cancel Only the X-PRO Add-On Subscription

**Objective**
Users can cancel only the X-PRO add-on subscription directly from the Account Settings page without affecting their main XTEN AV subscription plan.

**Steps** **to** **Cancel** **X-PRO** **Subscription**

* Navigate to the **Profile/My Account Settings** page.

* Locate the ADD-ON section on the right side of the page, review the X-PRO subscription details such as Plan Name, Status, and End/Renewal Date, then click the Cancel button below the add-on details.

* Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
