# How to assign approver role?


* From the dashboard, click the **profile** icon in the top-right corner. Then select **User and Group Management**.

* Click the **Action** button next to the user you want to assign as an approver.

* After clicking the Action button, select **Assign Approver Role**.

| The Approver role can only be assigned to users with **Super Admin** or **Admin** roles.
