# How to add Sign to X-DOC document?

**Introduction**

In X-DOC, you can add a signature to your document to make it official or to indicate approval. This feature allows you to select a signee and add their signature or initials to the document. Here's how you can add a sign to an X-DOC document:

**Adding a Signature**

* Go to the section where you want to add a sign and click on the **Add element** option from the right side of the proposal under **Element Actions.**
