# How to add Scratchpad option to X-DRAW Editor page?

The **Scratchpad** is used to temporarily save product blocks, product images, and symbols, allowing you to quickly reuse them without searching again. You can add items from the Scratchpad to your drawing with a single click, which helps streamline your workflow.

* To enable the Scratchpad in the X-DRAW Editor, go to the **View** menu and click on the **Scratchpad** option. Once enabled, it will be available for easy access while working on your drawings.

* On the X-DRAW Editor page, the **Scratchpad** option will appear on the left menu.

| Note: The items which you saved in the scratchpad are limited to only the browser and it’s not saved permanently. If you change browser or clear cache the things uploaded on scratchpad will be lost.
