# How to Add Rooms to your Proposal?

**Introduction**

Creating a well-structured proposal involves organizing items by room. In X-DOC, adding a room to your proposal is a straightforward process. Let's walk you through it:

**Navigating to Your Proposal**

Start by going to the proposal where you wish to add a room.

**Adding a Room**

In the **Rooms and Items** section of your proposal:

* Click the **Add Room** button, represented by the **plus (+) symbol.**

* Enter the name of the room in the provided field.
* You also have the option to increase the Room Quantity by clicking on the **(+) icon.**
* Click the **Create Room** button to add it to your proposal.

**Viewing the Added Room**

Once you've created the room, you can view it in your **Rooms & Items** section. Now, you're ready to add items to this room and continue building your proposal.
