# How to add Drawing to a Proposal?

To add a drawing to a proposal, please ensure the following conditions are met:

* The proposal must be linked to a **Design** or **Project**.

*  The associated design must have **Line Schematics generated**.

* After that, open the proposal and click on the **Add Element** button to add a Drawing to the proposal.

* After clicking on the **Add Element** button, a dialog box will open. From the available options, select **Drawing** to proceed.

* Once you click on the **Drawing** option, the linked design will appear. From there, you can browse the design folder and select the desired drawing to add to the document.

* Once the processing is complete, the selected folder and its drawing contents will automatically appear in the proposal.
