# How to Add Columns in the Bill of Materials Page?

**Overview**

The Bill of Material (BOM) page in XTEN-AV allows you to customize your view by adding columns, helping you manage and display relevant product information as per your project needs.

* Navigate to the design, hover over it, and click on the **View Docs** button.

* You will be redirected to the **Design Document** page. Locate the **Bill of Material** card and click on the **eye icon**.

* It will redirect you to the Bill of Materials page. Click on the **Add Columns** option.

* Click on **Add New Column**, then enter the required **column name**. Click on **Save Changes** to apply the updates to the BOM view.
