# How do I view Open Service Calls?

**Overview**
The **Open** Service Calls section in the X-PRO Mobile App displays all service calls that have been created but have not yet been scheduled or completed. This helps you track new service requests that require action.

**Steps** **to** **View** **Open** **Service** **Calls**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

* In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

* After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

* After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

* Tap the Calls section to view Open service calls.

* Ensure you are viewing the **Open** service call stage.
