# How do I update the status of a Service Call?

**Overview**
You can update the status of a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App as it progresses through your service workflow. Keeping the status up to date helps your team track the progress of each service request.

**Steps** **to** **Update** **the** **Service** **Call** **Status**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

* In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

* After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

* After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

* Tap the Calls section to view Open service calls.

* Tap the service call whose status you want to update.

* In the **Status** or **Service Call Stage** field, select the appropriate status. Choose the desired stage, such as:
    * **Scheduled**
    * **Parts Awaiting**
    * **Parts Ordered**
    * **Parts Received**
    * **Completed**

* Review the updated information.
