# How do I submit feedback?

**Overview**

XTEN-AV values user feedback and continuously works to improve the platform experience. Users can share suggestions, feature requests, or feedback to help the product team understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.

* From the dashboard, navigate to the **Help** section and select **Support & Feedback.**

* Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the **Support Center** page. Fill in the required details under the **Send Your Query** section, and click **Raise Issue** to submit your feedback.
