# How do I share custom templates across my organization?

* Click on the **X-DOC tab**, and then select **Templates** from the left navigation menu to open the Templates page.

* After clicking, you will be redirected to the Manage Templates page, where you can view and share templates saved under the **My Templates** section.

* Hover over the template you want to share, click the **Action** icon ( ⋮ ), and then select **Share**.

* Select the group(s) you want to share the template with from the **drop-down menu.**

* Once the group is selected, click the **Share** button to share the template with the selected group.

| Note: Once a template is shared, all users in the selected group can create proposals using that template.
