# How do I send a proposal for approval in the mobile app?

**Overview**
You can send a proposal for approval directly from the mobile app. This allows the designated approver to review the proposal before it is shared with the client.

**Steps** **to** **Send** **a** **Proposal** **for** **Approval**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the **X-DOC** section.

* The **X-DOC Dashboard** will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

* Tap the **More Options (⋮)** icon next to the proposal.

* Select **Send Approval**.
