# How do I send a proposal for approval?

XTEN-AV makes it simple to share proposals with your clients for review and approval. Once your project details, BOM, and pricing are finalized, you can quickly generate the proposal and send it directly to your client for seamless collaboration.

There are two ways to send your X.doc documents for approval. Here's how:

**Method 1: Sending for Approval from the Documents Page**

* Navigate to the x.doc documents page. Click on the **Send for Approval** option under the **Action** option next to the proposal you wish to send.

* Select the approver from the drop-down menu and then click on the **Send** button.

**Method 2: Sending for Approval from the Proposal Editor Page**

* Open the proposal editor page,  click on the '**Send for Approval**' option under the '**Action**' option.

* Select the approver from the drop-down menu and then click on the '**Send**' button.

| By following these steps, you can smoothly send your proposals for approval, enhancing the collaborative aspect of your project management. Keep in mind, the approver you select will receive a notification to review the proposal.
