# How do I search for a X-DOC documents?

**Overview**

In XTEN-AV, you can easily search for X-DOC documents to quickly locate specific files within the platform, making it easier to access required documents without manually browsing through the entire list.

**Method 1**

* Navigate to the **Proposal** section on the dashboard, then locate the **search bar** at the top of the page.

* Enter the document name or relevant keyword in the search field.
* The system will display matching documents based on your search input.

**Method 2**

* Click on the **X-DOC** tab, and then select **X-DOC Dashboard** from the left navigation menu.

* You will be redirected to the **X-DOC Dashboard**. Locate the **search bar**.

* The system will display matching documents based on your search input.
