# How do I save a Scope of Work (SOW) as a template?

**Overview**

Saving a Scope of Work (SOW) as a template allows you to reuse the same document structure, formatting, and content in future projects. This helps maintain consistency and saves time when creating new proposals.

**Steps** **to** **save** **a** **Scope Of Work** **as** **a** **template.**

* Navigate to your project, hover over the required design, and click the **View Docs** button.

* Navigate to the Scope of Work and click the **Eye** icon.

* From the left-hand menu, locate the **Template** option and click **Save As New** to save the Scope of Work (SOW) as a new template.

* Provide a name for the template. **Save** the Template

* After clicking Save, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the template has been successfully saved.
