# How do I re-order the port information from BOM page?

**Overview**

The **Re-order Port Information** feature allows you to change the display sequence of ports for a product directly from the **BOM** page. This helps organize port information in the preferred order before generating drawings.

* To edit port information from **Search & Add Products** page, you first need to copy that product to My Library.
* Click on the **Copy to my lib** button displaying next to the name of the item.

* Once you click on it, you will get a notification that your product has been copied to **My Library** section. You can now reorder the port details.
* Click on the **Edit** button displaying next to the name of the item.

* In the **Product Details** window, use the **drag handle** (six-dot icon) available on the left side of each port row to drag and drop the ports into the desired order.

* Select the **Re-draw device?** checkbox to regenerate the device drawing with the updated port sequence.
* Click **Add Product** to save the changes.

| Important: If you do not select Re-draw device? while saving the changes or do not perform Pull BOM Changes in the drawing, the updated port order will not be reflected in the device drawing.
