# How do I preview a template before using it?

From the main dashboard, click the **X-DOC** tab, then select **Templates** from the left-hand navigation menu to view your saved templates.

You will be redirected to the **Manage Templates** page, where you can access all available templates.
* **Gallery**: Contains the predefined templates provided by x.doc.
* **My Templates**: Contains the templates that you have created or uploaded.

You can switch between the **Gallery** and **My Templates** sections by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the page.

To preview a template from **Gallery section**, hover your cursor over the desired template and click **Preview** when the option appears.

The selected template opens in a full-screen preview. In the top-right corner of the page, click **Use This Template** to create a new proposal using the selected template.
To return to the **Manage Templates** page, click the **Back** button located in the top-left corner of the page.

To preview a template from **My Template section**, hover your cursor over the desired template and click **Preview** when the option appears.

The selected template opens in a full-screen preview. In the top-right corner of the page, you have the following options:

* **Use This Template** – Creates a new proposal using the selected template.
* **Edit Template** – Opens the template in the editor, allowing you to make changes to the template.

To return to the **Manage Templates** page, click the **Back** button located in the top-left corner of the page.
