How do I organize designs by location within a project?

Overview

XTEN-AV allows you to organize designs by Location within a project. Using the Locations panel, you can create and manage project locations, making it easier to group related designs and navigate large projects.

Steps to Organize Designs by Location

• Navigate to Projects from the left navigation menu.

• Select the project.

• On the right side of your project screen, you will find the “Location” option. Please click on the "+" icon to add a location.

• After entering a name for your location, simply click on “Add Location” and it will be created.

• Once you add the location, it will appear on the right side and in the middle section of your screen.

• You can create a design within your Location, also you can add a "Sub-location" under it to represent individual floors or rooms based on your requirements. To add a Sub-location, under location option simply click on + icon “Add Sub-location.”

• Once you click on it, a pop up will appear where you can enter the name of your sub-location as per your project requirements. Once you enter the sub-location name, please click on the “Add Sub-location” button.

• Once you add the Sub-location, it will appear on the right side and in the middle section of your project details page.

• Create designs under the appropriate location.

• Once the design has been created, it will appear under the selected sub-location in your project.
