# How do I open a Service Call and view its details?

**Overview**
You can easily open a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App to view its complete details, including the project information, assigned technician, priority, status, tasks, attachments, and other service-related information.

**Steps** **to** **Open** **a** **Service** **Call**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

* In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

* After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

* After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

* Tap the **Calls** tab from the navigation bar. The Calls screen will display a list of all your Service Calls.

* Tap the **Service Call** to open it.

* After clicking on the service call, you will be able to view its details.
