# How do I move a proposal to another stage on mobile app?

**Overview**
The  Mobile App allows you to update the stage of a proposal. Moving a proposal to the appropriate stage helps keep you organized and provides accurate visibility into the proposal's current status.

**Steps** **to** **Move** **a** **Proposal** **to** **Another** **Stage**

* Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the **X-DOC** section.

* The **X-DOC Dashboard** will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

* Tap the **More Options (⋮)** icon next to the proposal.

* Select **Move Proposal**.

* Choose the stage you want to move the proposal to (for example, **Draft**, **Sent**, **Viewed**, **Accepted**, or **Declined**). Tap **Save** or **Move** to confirm the change.

* Once the proposal is saved, it will automatically appear in the Sent stage.
