# How do I manage SOW templates?

* From the main dashboard, click the **X-DOC** tab, then select **Templates** from the left-hand navigation menu to view your saved templates.

* You will be redirected to the **Manage** **Templates** page. Under the **My** **Templates** section select **Scope of Work** option,  you can view all the SOW templates you have created and saved.

When you hover over a template and click the **three-dot menu**, you will see three options:

* **Replicate Template** – Creates a copy of the selected template.
* **Share** – Shares the template with other users within your group on the platform.
* **Delete** – Permanently removes the template.

Additionally, when you hover over a template, you will see two more options:

* **Preview** – Allows you to review the template and verify its contents before using it.
* **Edit** – Opens the template for editing, allowing you to make any necessary changes.

* These options help you review and customize the template as needed before using it.

* When you select the **Edit** option, the template will open in the **X-DOC Editor**. Make the necessary changes as required, and once you are finished, click the **Save Template** button in the top-right corner to save the updates to the template.

All of the above options allow you to efficiently manage your templates. You can **edit**, **replicate (copy)**, **delete**, **share**, and **preview** templates as needed, making it easy to maintain and reuse your template library.
