# How do I Invite an X-Pro user and assign them a role?

* To invite a user to access the X-Pro add-on, go to '**User** **and** **Group** **Management**' under your profile.

* Click on **Invite Users** button to invite/add a new user.

* A dialog box will open. Fill in all the details, check the box for X-Pro, and click the '**Invite**' button to invite the user.

* After they accept the invite, navigate to 'User and Group Management', open 'Addon Access', and select '**X-Pro** **Access**' to assign their role.

* Select the desired role from the drop-down menu, then click the '**Save**' button to proceed.
