# How do I Include taxes on my proposal pdf?

**Introduction**

If you want to include specific taxes in your proposal in x.doc, you can easily do so.


* Navigate to the **Pricing Breakdown** section and click **Pricing Breakdown Settings.**

* The **Pricing Breakdown Settings** dialog box will open. Under **Tax Preferences**, check the taxes you want to include, then click **Save and Close** to apply your changes.

* Once you've applied the tax setting, the included taxes will appear in the pricing breakdown section of your x.doc editor or in the client PDF.
