# How do I hide a room in X-DOC document?

**Overview**

The **Hide Room** feature allows you to exclude selected rooms from a proposal without removing their associated content.

* Open your proposal and navigate to the **Rooms & Items** section where you want to hide a room.

* Click the **Action** icon **(three dots)**, then select **Hide Room** from the dropdown menu.

* Once the room is hidden, it will appear as hidden in your proposal.
